Job Description*:

· Deploy, configure, and administer Dynatrace APM across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments.

· Experience in working on new Dynatrace platform (Writing DQL, Grail, notebook, workflows, API)

· Create and manage dashboards, alerts, and monitoring policies in Dynatrace.

· Enable synthetic monitoring, RUM (Real User Monitoring), log monitoring, and distributed tracing.

· Integrate Dynatrace with ITSM/incident management tools (e.g., ServiceNow).

· Troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues using Dynatrace insights.

· Collaborate with DevOps, Cloud, Application, and Infrastructure teams to improve performance and reliability.

· Automate monitoring setup through Dynatrace APIs

· Proficient in cloud technologies (Azure) and experience in integrating with Dynatrace.

· Design and implement Dynatrace monitoring solutions for cloud workloads (Azure) including compute, storage, databases.

· Configure monitoring for serverless environments (Azure Functions)

· Set up observability for Kubernetes, Docker etc..

· Monitor cloud-native services such as:

· Azure (AKS, App Service, Azure SQL, Application Gateway, Event Hub)

· Implement auto-scaling monitoring policies to ensure performance during traffic spikes.

· Integrate Dynatrace with cloud CI/CD pipelines (Ansible)

· Conduct cloud performance tuning, cost optimization, and capacity planning using Dynatrace insights.

· Collaborate with CloudOps/DevOps teams to automate monitoring in cloud deployments.

· Generate performance reports and root cause analysis (RCA) for critical incidents

EXPERIENCE/ SKILLS:

· Hands-on experience with Dynatrace APM (Application Performance Monitoring) and infrastructure monitoring.

· Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and hybrid environments.

· Familiarity with containers and microservices monitoring (Kubernetes, Docker).

· Experience with APM concepts: tracing, metrics, logs, RUM, and synthetics.

· Proficiency in scripting/automation (e.g., Python, PowerShell).

#Mandatory Skills:

· Kubernetes and Dynatrace (Dynatrace admin experience is mandatory)
