Coverage: Physicians benefit from 24-hour physician coverage and 6-hour APC coverage, ensuring continuous care and support for patients.

Full-Time Schedule: Full-time employment entails 144 hours per month, equivalent to -hour shifts, providing flexibility and work-life balance.
