The Job
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative – Tax Specialist to join our Sales Tax Operations team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to sales tax inquiries and issues.
Provide accurate and timely responses to customer concerns regarding tax filings, payments, and compliance.
Support clients with document submissions and data validation.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate reporting.
WORK SETUP:
WFH but onsite for 2-3 months for the training
Ideal Candidate
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field
At least 6 months of accounting/financial experience, particularly in the BPO, and preferably has worked with taxation and bookkeeping (Quickbooks, Zero, Xerox, etc.)
You have working knowledge of bookkeeping.
You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
Strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills
You pay close attention to detail and deliver work of a high standard.
You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments.
Must have a stable internet connection and a conducive WFH setup
