Senior Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the finance team in ensuring compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements. This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and proficiency in accounting practices.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accounting & Bookkeeping
Record day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers.
Process accounts payable and receivable, invoices, bills, and expense vouchers.
Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and inter-company balances.
Ensure timely posting of entries in accounting software (Tally/ERP/SAP, etc.).
2. Financial Reporting
Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Support in preparing MIS reports, cash flow statements, and balance sheets.
Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance requirements.
3. Taxation & Compliance
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws, company policies, and financial regulations.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and statutory bodies when required.
4. Budgeting & Analysis
Support the finance team in preparing budgets and forecasts.
Monitor expenses and report variances to management.
Provide analysis on accounts data to aid business decision-making.
5. Coordination & Support
Liaise with internal departments, vendors, and banks for financial matters.
Assist in payroll processing and employee reimbursement claims.
Support finance team in ad-hoc projects and assignments.
