Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Clean exterior of HVAC equipment
Install filters and insulation
Basic assembly duties
Operate a screw gun and other power tools
Install wall panels, doors and internal parts to customer HVAC equipment
Finish caulking work
Install fans and filter racks
Use an assortment of hand tools hammers, screwdrivers, wrenches, caulking guns
Operate electric pallet jack
Basic clean up and sorting of parts
Sweeping daily
Position parts according to knowledge of equipment being assembled or follow blueprints
Fasten parts together with bolts, screws, rivets, speed clips, or other fasteners, using hand tools and portable power tools.
Remove small quantities of metal with hand files and scrapers to produce close fit between parts.
Mount and connect auxiliary mechanical and electrical parts.
Operate a drill press and pneumatic riveting guns after completed training.
Physical Requirements
Able to stand for prolonged periods of time.
Able to lift up to 25lbs.
Able to read a tape measure
Able to climb ladders and work in high areas
