Our Service/Install Plumbers are responsible for diagnosing and repairing residential plumbing systems and guiding customers to informed and confident buying decisions.

Job Responsibilities

Run on average 4-5 residential service calls daily

Accurately troubleshoot, diagnose and repair residential plumbing equipment

Present tailored solutions that align with each customer's needs

Deliver 5-star service while maintaining a professional, courteous, and authentic demeanor

Maintain consistent and clear communication with team members

Participate in ongoing training to support professional growth and skill development

Keep company vehicle clean and organized, both inside and out

Maintain a valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Pay and Benefits

Pay: Potential Earnings: $70,000 - $150,000/annually

No on call - Work life balance is a priority

Requirements

Plumbing license is required

3+ years of residential service plumbing is high preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Possess a collaborative and customer-service-focused work style
