Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

Duration: 6 Months

Job Description:

Minimum 5 years of current, professional level experience in Business Analysis which should include at least two years of experience performing lead-level work for multi-sized projects, including:

Managing process analysis and improvement activities which impact multiple

teams/departments.

Identifying, recommending, and delivering recommendations which improve enterprise- wide systems.

Performing technical process evaluation for highly integrated technology software

system environments.

Creating process and system diagrams for current and future system and process

documentation.

Required Skills:

Effective in facilitating customer engagements

Problem analysis / root cause analysis

Effective in preparing for and delivering presentations (varying material)

Skilled in consensus building and conflict management

Ability to effectively negotiate

Must be able to obtain CJIS Certification within 90 days from start date

Experience across a broad spectrum of Technology solutions

ITIL/ITSM

Agile/Scrum

Business Process Management (BPM)

Lean Six Sigma / Lean process development

Change Management

Business case development and delivery

Accela or similar workflow platforms

Experience with AI tools is a plus

Microsoft Office including Visio, Azure DevOps

Required Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Mathematics or a related field.
