Our client is seeking an experienced A/V Technician to oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and support of conference room technology and hardware. This role requires hands-on expertise in audio/visual systems, global conferencing support, and the ability to ensure seamless technology experiences for meetings and events. This is an onsite position based in New York City, NY.
Starting at $40/hour.
A/V Technician's Responsibilities and Duties:
Manage the daily operations and upkeep of conference room A/V technology and hardware across multiple offices.
Provide technical support for conference room setups, ensuring smooth functionality for in-person and virtual meetings.
Deliver global support for video conferencing, audio systems, and collaborative tools.
Proactively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to maintain and enhance A/V systems.A/V Technician's Qualifications and Skills:
At least 5 years of A/V experience in an enterprise environment.
Strong knowledge of conference room hardware, video conferencing platforms, and audio/visual systems.
Proven ability to manage global A/V support and troubleshoot complex issues under pressure.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
