YOUR LIFE AS A PRODUCTION - DIGITAL PRINT CSR

This full-time print manufacturing position typically works a stable and convenient schedule from 8 am - 5 pm.

In your role as a Digital Printing Customer Service - Production Team Member, you hold a crucial position in delivering personalized, top-notch products and outstanding customer service to our clients. Beyond handling production tasks, you also contribute to basic design and layout processes. With meticulous attention to detail, you expertly perform various tasks like cutting, hemming, grommeting, laminating, trimming, assembling, inspecting, and packaging sign and banner-related products. Furthermore, you actively engage with customers, managing their accounts and promptly addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have. Your skill set includes operating our cutting-edge large-format printing equipment. Working closely with a close-knit team, you foster a sense of camaraderie among your colleagues, creating a collaborative environment. Your enthusiasm for learning drives you to acquire knowledge about every aspect of the business, ensuring your efficiency and effectiveness. Your unwavering dedication to being an integral part of our unified manufacturing team motivates you to work diligently and consistently to achieve exceptional results, leaving both clients and colleagues satisfied.
