About the Position:

We are currently hiring a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to provide private duty, one-on-one care for a wonderful 9-year-old male child in the Connellsville area. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a supportive home environment with a kind and appreciative family.

Responsibilities Include:

Assisting with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

G-tube care & feedings

Seizure monitoring

Providing support with hygiene, feeding, mobility, and comfort

Maintaining clear communication with the care team and family

Offering companionship and encouragement throughout the day

Schedule:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, & Saturday: 12 hour shifts

Flexible start time!

Qualifications:

Current LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania

Pediatric & G-tube experience

CPR certification (preferred)

Reliable, compassionate, and patient-centered

Reliable transportation
