Job Description:
SUMMARY
Provides instructional trainingrelated to the Integrated Systems Engineering Technology (ISET) program.
ESSENTIALFUNCTIONS
Responsible for providing instruction and preparing lesson plans based on established curriculum
Delivers training related to the ISET program
Continually promotes students' development and effective use of skills in areas such as critical and analytical thinking, evaluation, communication, professionalism, customer service, computation, problem solving, and decision-making
Maintains accurate, up-to-date records of student academic and attendance performance
Performs other duties as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATIONAND EXPERIENCE/TRAINING
Bachelor's Degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology or related Engineering discipline
Significant related experience may substitute for education
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the related field or must have a Journeyman Card/License in the related field
Advanced communication (verbal, written, and interpersonal) and organizational skills
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (or equivalent)
Ability to assess and grade the progress of students
Possess sensitivity to respond appropriately to the needs of the community

However, there may be some walking; standing; bending; carrying of light items such as papers, files, pamphlets, books, etc.;
Work may also require walking and standing in conjunction with travel to and attendance at meetings and conferences away from the worksite
Special Note: Pooled Position - This is aPart-Time Non-Bargaining Unit Position, with the following Set Rate of Pay: $47.35/hour.
