At Sandhills Medical, we're building a dynamic, adventure-ready Mobile Health Team, and we want exceptional Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, and Licensed Practical Nurses to ride with us!

Provide vitals, vaccines, lab draws, and friendly, patient-first care
Set up and break down the mobile unit with efficiency and attention to detail
Offer culturally relevant health education and connect patients with appropriate resources
Serve every patient with empathy, adaptability, and a sense of purpose
Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills are preferred to support culturally appropriate care in diverse communities
Why You'll Love It:
Purpose-Fueled Work - Help eliminate barriers and reach the heart of the community
Every Day's a New Adventure - New faces, new places, and meaningful impact
Incredible Team Vibes - Travel with a tight-knit, supportive crew that's got your back

Who You Are:
NP, PA, or LPN licensed in South Carolina (DEA license for providers required)
At least 1-2 years of experience in primary care, urgent care, or similar settings
Flexible, reliable, and upbeat, ready to roll in all weather and locations
Passionate about community-based medicine and serving underserved populations
A natural team player and strong communicator with a mission first mindset
Comfortable with non-traditional care environments and mobile operations
What We Offer:
