We are seeking a Strategic Account Executive - Entertainment & Music to join our Partnerships team in Los Angeles, California.
In this role, you'll focus on building and expanding relationships with entertainment, media, and music industry partners, while driving revenue through innovative brand collaborations.
You will sell strategic solutions that integrate music, artist partnerships, live activations, branded integrations, and entertainment-led campaigns.
Your work will directly connect global brands to passionate fan communities through music-driven storytelling and culturally impactful entertainment experiences.
What You'll Do * Prospecting & Outreach: Identify and pursue new opportunities within the entertainment, music, and media industries, including brands, labels, and streaming platforms.
* Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with entertainment and music clients, providing consultative solutions rooted in cultural fluency, music insights, and audience trends.
* Campaign Sales: Develop and pitch customized music and entertainment-driven programs such as branded music content, talent partnerships, live/virtual events, and cross-platform campaigns.
* Strategic Storytelling: Showcase DIVE's unique ability to connect music talent and Gen Z audiences through compelling narratives, case studies, and data-driven insights.
* Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with DIVE's creative, production, and talent teams to design and execute high-impact entertainment campaigns.
* Sales & Revenue Goals: Drive pipeline growth, deliver against sales targets, and provide actionable insights on entertainment market trends.
* Proposal & Deal Management: Lead the full sales cycle - scoping, proposal development, negotiations, and closing strategic partnerships.

Qualifications * Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
* Experience: 5+ years of experience in entertainment, music partnerships, brand partnerships, or digital media sales - preferably with a media company, label, agency, or talent platform.
* Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the music/entertainment ecosystem, fan culture, artist-brand partnerships, and global pop culture trends.
Skills * Proven ability to sell music/entertainment-led campaigns and strategic partnerships * Excellent communication, pitching, and negotiation skills * Strong client relationship management experience * Comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment * Proficiency in CRM tools, pitch platforms, and sales tracking
