Position Summary
We are seeking a Commercial Territory Manager to represent Fine Art Handcrafted Lighting in Central Florida (Orlando, Winter Park, Tampa, etc.). This role will be responsible for developing strategies to promote our brand, generating new business, and strengthening relationships within the design community.
The right candidate will be an experienced sales professional with a background in the architectural and design industry—ideally representing high-end materials or lighting.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve territory growth.
Proactively research, prospect, and generate leads to build new business.
Cultivate strong relationships with interior designers, architects, builders, and retailers.
Partner with internal Sales and Marketing teams to support new and existing customers.
Conduct customer site visits, showroom tours, and product knowledge presentations.
Deliver engaging product training sessions to clients and industry partners.
Serve as the primary liaison between Fine Art Handcrafted Lighting and customers in the region.
Qualifications
3–5 years of commercial sales experience, preferably in the architectural/design industry.
Proven track record in account management and business development.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
Polished verbal and written communication skills.
Must reside in the Central Florida area.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Willingness to travel within territory and 4x annually (2x Dallas, 2x High Point).
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 (based on experience)
Uncapped Commissions + Bonus Incentives
