**SME All-Source Analyst - Task Lead** **Location- McDill AFB- Tampa FL** **Clearance- TS/SCI** **This program requires US Citizenship** **Position Overview** Seeking highly experienced SME All-Source Analyst to serve as Task Lead (Senior Technical Auditor TL) supporting a high-visibility federal program.

This role demands a proven leader with deep intelligence community (IC) or Department of Defense (DoD) experience, exceptional analytical skills, and operational expertise in UAM Systems Software Suite.

The Task Lead will oversee contractor performance, reporting, and operational compliance in alignment with SDS standards.

**Key Responsibilities** + Maintain and deliver daily accountability reports for all assigned contractors + Manage shift assignments to ensure coverage within designated operational hours + Review, format, and submit all reports in accordance with SDS requirements + Oversee daily duty performance and operational execution of contractor personnel + Serve as primary liaison for program management, compliance, and operational coordination + Ensure contractor certifications and training remain current throughout contract duration **Required Qualifications** + BA/BS degree and **15+ years** of experience in the IC and/or DoD, _or_ **6+ years** of relevant military intelligence/system security experience + Demonstrated success in program management and task leadership within federal environments + Prior experience supporting intelligence, special operations, or inter-agency missions + Completion of **40 hours** of Basic/Advanced UAM Systems Software Suite training + Minimum **100 hours** of operational experience using UAM Systems Software Suite + Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; adept at problem-solving and operational decision-making + Current certifications and training relevant to role must be maintained throughout contract **Preferred Attributes** + Recognized industry leader with a track record of excellence in technical auditing and team leadership + Military, law enforcement, or DoD background with operational intelligence exposure + Familiarity with insider threat detection, system security protocols, and audit compliance frameworks **Position Details:** + Pay Rate / Range: **$70-$72/hr** _The above salary range represents the range expected for the position; however, final salary offers are based on a number of factors such as the position's responsibilities; the candidate's experience, education, and skills; location; travel required; and current market conditions._ + Benefits (Regular, Full Time Employees): + Medical, Dental, and Vision offerings + Weekly Direct Deposit + Paid Holidays and Personal Time Off + 401(k) with match + Voluntary Life and AD&D, Short / Long Term Disability, plus other voluntary coverages + Pre-Paid Legal and Employee Assistance Programs + Northwest Federal Credit Union Membership + BB&T @ Work Program **_ABBTECH is an EOE/Minorities/Women/Disabled Individuals/Veterans_**
