About the Role

We're looking for a creative powerhouse to join our marketing team as a Social Media Content Creator-someone who gets excited about trends, storytelling, and capturing the emotion of the bridal journey. In this hybrid role, you'll bring our brands to life across TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, and beyond, while collaborating on campaigns that drive engagement, growth, and conversion.

Requirements

Key Traits for Success

A scroll-stopping eye-you know what looks good and what performs

Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest as a user and a strategist

A natural storyteller who understands how to make brides feel something

Highly organized and self-driven-you manage deadlines and deliverables with ease

Flexible and collaborative, ready to pivot or travel when needed

Passionate about fashion, bridal, aesthetics, and trends

Positive energy, team-first mentality, and deep pride in your work

Requirements

1+ year of experience in marketing, content creation, or social media

Working knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Drive, MS Teams, and scheduling tools

Strong visual storytelling skills-photo, video, lighting, sound

Ability to work some evenings/weekends for store events or last-minute content

Based in or willing to relocate to Columbus, OH

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (travel between store locations required)

Must be able to lift 35 lbs. occasionally (yes, wedding dresses get heavy!)

Bonus Points If You...

Have bridal, fashion, or retail experience

Have worked with influencers or affiliate content

Know how to build and maintain a branded Pinterest strategy

Salary Description

Starting Salary: $45,000 Annually
