Construction Equipment Operator

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: * Operate blade, dozer, excavator, and backhoe * Grade checking experience preferred * Must be willing to do some manual labor * Observe hand signals, markings and/or grade stakes while operating equipment * Assure all safety policies and procedures are followed to prevent all unsafe actions, processes and behaviors observed * Other duties assigned as needed Minimum Qualifications: * Previous experience operating blades, and dozers, preferred * Knowledge and understanding of grades, elevations and reading plans * Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check, physical/functional exam and drug screen * Ability to work flexible shifts including days, nights, weekends and overtime * Display a professional and courteous attitude towards all team members and customers.
