About the Job Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced leader to head our sales operation at Neemrana, Bhiwadi. The ideal candidate will be an MBA from a Premier B-School, with 7+ years of experience out of which at least 3-4 years is of Real-estate sales. A go getter, who has high ownership and never give up attitude, s/he will be responsible for all sales related activities & leading, mentoring the sales team for our current as well as upcoming projects in Jaipur. Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Head, the person will be working with Marketing & CRM team devising the strategy for the target achievement.

The most challenging part of this role will be to envisage and run CRM, Sales and Marketing function as your own business unit. One, who have always wanted to take up end to end responsibility of their actions, cutting aside the orthodox organizational structures and hierarchies, should definitely apply for this role.

Job Description

Achieving the monthly/quarterly/yearly sales and collection target

Onboarding new Channel partners/ brokers and getting regular business from them

Coaching & mentoring the sales team, reviewing their performance closely and correcting their behavior if needed

Hire and mentor new sales executives

Working in conjunction with marketing to plan out the best strategy and exploring various platforms to increase the visibility of 'Brand Shubhashray'

Working with crm team to ensure smooth collection and customer satisfaction
