The Department of Speech & Hearing Science is looking for a Patient Revenue Cycle Coordinator to assist in the Speech-Language-Hearing Clinic. This position will be part-time, 24 hours per week from 7:30am – 1:30pm, M-Th. The assistant will be responsible for scheduling and checking in patients, answering phones, maintaining patient waitlists, processing patient referrals, assisting with electronic medical records system to-do items, processing deposits, monitoring student clinicians’ vaccine /immunity program requirements and other various clerical and customer service duties as needed.

This is a temporary 6 month position with the possibility of being extended.

Additional Information:

Minimum Education Required: High School Diploma

Required Qualifications: 1 year of relevant experience in customer service.

Desired Qualifications: 1-2 years of medical office experience. Knowledge of University policies and procedures.
