You've tackled the basics of design-related applications-and a keen attention to detail is what makes your work stellar.
Most importantly, you are driven by a passion for design.
You Will: * Design solutions that meet or exceed strategic objectives.
* Create interactive design concepts.
* Design mood boards, storyboards, interactive page layouts, site grids and interface demos.
* Provide quality assurance on creative deliverables.
* Build and maintain a rapport with creative team, account managers, and project managers.
You Have: * 4+ years design, and interactive work experience.
* Strong design portfolio.
* Strong visual, interactive and graphic design skills.
* Solid working knowledge of the latest design toolsets.
* Time management skills to manage responsibilities and to always be prepared.
* Experience in Adobe Creative products including: Keynote, Firefly, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Motion skills a huge plus!
* An ability to brainstorm and contribute to the bigger idea.
* Comprehensive understanding of Figma and some of the latest AI tools.
* Visual design skills that include experience design, UI and branding design.
* Developed and diverse communication skills to articulate creative ideas.
* A proven aptitude for fast-paced creative thinking with acute attention to detail within demanding deadlines.
* A self-motivated and accountable attitude.

Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a number of factors that include, but aren't limited to, a candidate's experience and skills relative to the scope and responsibilities of the position.
For current CM employees, tenure will also be a consideration.
