What will you do?
Work four days; usually until 5PM; no nights, no weekends
Serve as a primary liaison across all disciplines to ensure comprehensive patient care
Multi-task between patient calls, provider messages, and other related duties
Acknowledge and perform provider orders in alignment with clinical standards
Implement and manage individualized care plans; assess, document, and report patient conditions in accordance with established protocols.
What will you need to be successful?
BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA)
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Ohio Board of Nursing in good standing
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing
5+ years of relevant experience (oncology or acute care preferred)
