3rd Shift Packer

We are currently seeking a Packer to join our team in Sandusky, OH. This is a 3rd shift position that trains on 1st shift. The role involves packing and preparing finished products for shipment, as well as performing basic quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.

Hours: Training on 1 st shift – 4 am-2 pm, Mon.-Thurs.

Once trained, hours will be 6 pm-4 am – Mon.-Fri. morning

Schedule: 10-hour shifts, 4 days per week

Pay: $17/hr. during the training period, then $17.50/hr. once moved to 3 rd shift

Key Responsibilities:

Perform accurate product counts and quality inspections prior to packing

Package items according to company specifications and standards

Prepare and organize finished goods for timely shipment

Complete all required shipping documentation with attention to detail

Identify and report any defects or quality concerns

Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area

Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines Requirements:

Stable previous work history

Previous packing & quality checking experience preferred

Must be able to lift 35 lbs.

Basic math skills (Must be able to pass a math test)

Must be able to pass preemployment screening
