Job Details:

- Night shift

- Service Areas: Charlotte,Mooresville, Huntersville,Cornelius and Denver

- Summary of Responsibilities:

Arrive on time every day

Present yourself in a polite and friendly manner to all clients when entering offices

Clean all assigned homes and office areas each day

Clean with quality, ensuring no more than one quality-related cancellation per calendar year

Follow Spotless's cleaning system: always wear an apron, clean top-to-bottom and left-to-right

Serve as a link between the client and the company

Manage and track keys and assigned tasks, ensuring no lost keys

Read GPS and locate customer homes/offices

Complete end-of-shift sheet with accurate, updated information (key location, trash location, etc.)

Clock in and out via the designated app at the beginning and end of each shift

Immediately report to the office any issues encountered during cleaning (e.g., broken item, loose faucet, etc.)

Collect any notes left by clients for Spotless Cleaning Services and bring them to the office

Record customer supply orders

Do a walk-through after each cleaning job

Other duties as assigned
