Community Legal Aid (CLA) is the non-profit legal services program providing free civil legal assistance to low-income residents of central and western Massachusetts.
CLA has over 180 dedicated, mission-driven staff working across multiple offices, and a budget of over $25 million.
CLA seeks a Recruitment Coordinator to join our dynamic, talented team.
The person will work in our administrative office in Worcester and, under the supervision of the Director of Human Resources, coordinate the organization's recruitment activities.
COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $50,000-$70,000, DOE.

CLA has a hybrid work environment and requires staff to work in their assigned office at least three days per week.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Support the recruitment process for attorneys, paralegals, support staff, administrative staff, interns, volunteers, and AmeriCorps members by posting opportunities, reviewing resumes, screening and following up with applicants, and working with recruiting platforms * Plan law student recruitment strategies, including coordinating CLA's participation in law school outreach and recruitment events, and design targeted recruitment strategies at select schools * Coordinate CLA's summer internship and AmeriCorps program * Maintain accurate candidate records in CLA's applicant tracking system (iSolvedHire) * Track recruitment statistics and design reports for CLA managers on recruitment and hiring trends QUALIFICATIONS: * College degree or equivalent experience * Comfortable with technology and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and applications, including Excel * Must be patient, flexible, and organized; must perform multiple tasks and meet competing deadlines * Strong interpersonal and communications skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships * Experience in the nonprofit sector a plus, as is recruitment experience APPLICATION PROCESS: Please submit your resume and cover letter online on our website.
