Job Description
Assist Project Managers in coordinating schedules, budgets, and subcontractors.
Track project documentation including RFI's, submittals, contracts, and change orders.
Help manage communication between field teams, vendors, and clients.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure work aligns with project specs.
Prepare meeting minutes, project updates, and assist with punch list management.

The Successful Applicant
1-3 years of experience in construction project coordination or management.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Working knowledge of construction documentation and scheduling.
Familiarity with Procore, MS Project, or similar project management tools is a plus.
A proactive mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Bluebeam, ProCore, AutoCad experience
