Job Title: Business Analyst - UAT Coordination, Change Mgt. & Program Mgt. Support

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Business Analyst to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination, end-user Change Management activities and general Program Management support for the Credit Modernization team and Elite Loan Origination System (LOS). This role will work closely with Program Management, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and business area 'Change Champions' (Elite super users) to consolidate, categorize and appropriately route UAT and Change Champion feedback, and support various Change Management activities, for Elite capability release and end-user rollout efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of UAT, end-user Change Management, Commercial / Business Banking lending processes, and experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Azure DevOps and SharePoint tools is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with SMEs to consolidate, categorize and appropriately route UAT feedback.

Assist SMEs with entering UAT results and defects into Azure DevOps, and enhancement items into a SharePoint intake form.

Partner with Program Management and SME teams to consolidate, categorize and appropriately route Change Champion feedback on new Elite capability during non-production pilot period.

Assist Program Management and SME teams with various Change Management activities, which may include:

Inventorying, refreshing and pulling content for end-user training materials.

Creating end-user lists to support bulk access requests, bulk training assignments and communication distribution lists.

End-user SharePoint site maintenance.

General Program Management support, which may include:

Maintaining program management status slides in MS PowerPoint.

Updating project plans and other artifacts in MS Excel.

MS Teams channel and SharePoint site organization and maintenance.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a testing, product development or Commercial / Business Banking credit environment.

Strong understanding of UAT processes and tools.

Experience with Change Management activities and preparing end-users to utilize new technologies.

General understanding of Program / Project Management infrastructure and tools.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively across teams and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with lending processes and systems.

Knowledge of UAT testing framework and Azure DevOps testing tool.

Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.

Experience with end-user Change Management.

Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams including SMEs, business end-users, product partners and technology.
