About the Position:

We are currently hiring a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide private duty, one-on-one care for a wonderful 2-year-old female child in the Penn area. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a supportive home environment with a kind and appreciative family.

Responsibilities Include:

Assisting with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

G-Tube feeding

Seizure monitoring

Ensuring a safe, nurturing environment for the child

Providing support with hygiene, feeding, mobility, and comfort

Maintaining clear communication with the care team and family

Offering companionship and encouragement throughout the day

Schedule:

Monday - Friday: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Weekend hours available

Qualifications:

Current LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania

Minimum of 1 year of experience in home health or similar setting preferred but not required

Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills

Reliable transportation and punctuality
