Description
Manager Trainees are initially expected to master CSR job duties which include the successful management of customer relationships that lead to meeting monthly office performance goals.
Essential responsibilities include:
Superior Customer Service and Relationship Building
Contacting & developing solutions with customers
Accurately maintaining customer records
Processing loan applications, customer payments, and loan closings
Marketing & Solicitation
General support of the office manager and other staff to reach performance goals
Manager Trainee additional responsibilities: after demonstrating competency at the duties of a CSR, will be trained to assume the effective responsibilities of a Manager. Advancement depends upon the individual's demonstrated desire, performance, and capabilities in conjunction with the company's available opportunities.
Skills Required:
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Prior experience with multi-unit Supervision and training others.
Prior Finance, Retail, or Sales experience.
Ability to work beyond our standard weekday hours if necessary to meet business goals.
Basic Computer Proficiency
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license, reliable personal transportation, and the ability to travel between branches daily.
