Minimum Qualifications:

2-year degree required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Primary Responsibilities:

Collaborative Teamwork:

Work closely with the team to implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and meet the unique needs of each student.

Actively contribute to creating a positive and supportive learning environment.

Instructional Support:

Assist the lead teacher in delivering engaging small group and individual lessons.

Provide additional guidance and support to students as needed.

Elective Class Monitoring

Accompany and assist students during elective classes.

Ensure student participation and engagement in elective activities.

Transition Skills Development:

Support field trips and hands-on experiences designed to enhance transition skills.

Assist students in applying classroom learning to real-life situations.
