Payment Entry Clerk

As the Payment Entry Clerk you responsible for all phases of third party or private payment processes on accounts as assigned. These functions include payment applications into MHMRTC's A/R system(s), reconciliation of monies received to system entries, payment inquiries, processing of refund debit and credit transactions to A/R, report generation and maintenance, transfers of services from/to appropriate revenue accounts, and performing bad debt write off and adjustments to client accounts.
Minimum qualifications: High School Diploma/GED
Defined Education None
Required Experience 6 (six) months office experience with data entry skills (9,000 keystrokes required).
Substitutions None
Required LicenseValid Texas driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Must provide license (if applicable) and official documentation of all educational attainment i.e. Transcript/Degree/Certificate
