About the Position:

We are currently hiring a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to provide private duty, one-on-one care for a wonderful 16-year-old male child in the West End area. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a supportive home environment with a kind and appreciative family.

Responsibilities Include:

Assisting with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

Seizure monitoring

Providing support with hygiene, feeding, mobility, and comfort

Maintaining clear communication with the care team and family

Schedule:

Overnight & Daylight Available

Monday - Friday

Weekends Available

Qualifications:

Current LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania

Pediatric experience

CPR certification (preferred)

Reliable, compassionate, & patient-centered

Reliable transportation
