Description
Resolve Marine Group is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Crane Manager to oversee and manage our fleet of cranes worldwide. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience as both a crane operator and mechanic, coupled with proven leadership and management skills. The Crane Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our crane assets, as well as optimizing their performance and reliability across diverse operational environments.
This is a hybrid position with travel to our Theodore, AL office as needed.
Position Responsibilities:
Fleet Management: Oversee the maintenance, inspection, and operation of Resolve Marine's crane fleet, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company
Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to crane operators and maintenance teams, troubleshooting issues and implementing best practices to enhance crane performance and
Safety and Compliance: Champion a culture of safety excellence, conducting regular safety audits and implementing measures to mitigate risks associated with crane
Operations Support: Provide technical support and guidance to Resolve Marine's global operations teams, ensuring consistent standards and procedures for crane operations across different regions.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering, logistics, and project management, to support integrated planning and execution of crane-related activities within larger projects.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or related field experience (preferred).
Minimum 10 -15 years of experience in crane operations and maintenance, with a demonstrated track record of progressive responsibility.
Extensive experience as both a crane operator and mechanic, with strong technical knowledge of crane systems, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate teams in a dynamic and challenging environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on safety, quality, and operational excellence.
Willingness to travel worldwide and work in remote locations
Exceptionally well organized and capable of developing a parts center, and relationships with required 3rd party vendors.
Must be well versed in the use of computers, software needed to manage the PMP, OSHA required reporting and all internal processes and procedures.

Travel Requirement:
Up to 40% travel is required. If additional, travel is required beyond the specified amount, based on the operational demand, you will be notified accordingly so arrangements can be made.
