Job Description
Project Planning & Coordination: Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
Contract & Compliance Management: Review and manage contracts, subcontracts, permits, and regulatory compliance to align with project requirements.
Budget & Cost Control: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Subcontractor & Vendor Oversight: Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and work progress.
Client & Stakeholder Communication: Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders through regular updates and meetings.
Site & Safety Management: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, conducting site inspections and enforcing safety protocols.
Problem-Solving & Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and proactively develop solutions to mitigate issues before they escalate.
Team Leadership & Supervision: Direct and support project teams, including superintendents, engineers, and subcontractors, to achieve project goals.
Quality Assurance: Oversee work quality and adherence to project specifications, ensuring high standards and client satisfaction.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project records, including reports, change orders, RFI logs, and progress updates for internal and external stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant
12+ years experience with a general contractor in a project management role
CM at risk experience highly preferred
Project history in institutional, municipal, higher ed, healthcare, and commercial
Must be comfortable leading a ground-up project 30M+
4 year Bachelors degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field of study desired
Must have an outstanding business acumen and professional demeanor to manage client relationships
Construction software proficiency (Procore,Bluebeam, etc.)
Excellent communication and team lead experience
