Job Description:

We are hiring dependable, safety-focused CDL Class A drivers to support our environmental and industrial services operations. This position primarily assists our clients directly. Drivers will operate tractors with vac tankers, van trailers and roll-off, and occasionally Intermediate trucks. Travel is intermediate (1-4 nights away in the Midwest region), and most jobs are performed during regular daytime hours, Monday through Friday (occasional Saturdays).

Job Details:

Position: Class A HAZ (Manual Trans required)

Job Type: Full Time 40-60 hours per week and overtime

Location: Hilliard, OH

Pay: $30.00-$31.00 per hour (Negotiable based on experience)

$1,000 Bonus at 90 Days and 180 Days

Job Duties:

Safely operate tractors with vac tankers, van trailers and roll-off, and occasionally intermediate size, specialty trucks.

Transport non-hazardous materials and equipment to and from job sites, client facilities, and disposal centers

Conduct and document pre-trip and post-trip inspections in compliance with DOT and company policies

Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment, ensuring secure and compliant transport

Maintain accurate driver logs and required documentation

Follow all safety procedures and site-specific requirements while working under the direction of the Site Supervisor

Requirements:

Valid CDL Class A license (manual transmission experience strongly preferred)

Current HAZMAT endorsement is preferred and will come with pay increase.

Tanker endorsement required

Minimum 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience strongly preferred

Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions performing physical labor

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Must pass DOT physical, company drug screening, and background check

No OMVI/DUI/DWI or reckless driving convictions within the past 2 years

No license suspensions or major violations in the past 3 years

No more than 2 speeding tickets or 4 total moving violations in the past 3 years

Willingness to comply with all company and client safety and operational policies

Flexibility to work some weekends and occasional travel based on project needs
