About the Position:

We are currently hiring a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide private duty, one-on-one care for a wonderful 8-year-old female child in the Perryopolis area. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a supportive home environment with a kind and appreciative family.

Responsibilities Include:

G-tube care and feedings

Medication administration

Assisting with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

Monitoring and documentation

Communicating with family and healthcare team

Schedule:

Friday, Saturday, & Sunday: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Monday & Friday: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM

*Work multiple shifts or combine them!*

Qualifications:

Active LPN license in Pennsylvania

CPR certification

Home care or private duty experience preferred

Reliable, compassionate, and skilled in patient care
