IMU RN Clinical Observation Unit

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule / Shift

12-hour night shifts. Assignments typically end on Saturdays, with orientation occurring every other Monday.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced RN to join our team in the IMU Clinical Observation Unit. The position requires a dedicated nursing professional with a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care in a fast-paced observation unit with a patient ratio of 4:1.

Float based on unit needs.

Collaborate with team members to ensure a supportive environment, especially for students and new hires.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant specialty.

BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Active Virginia or Compact License required at the time of submission.

Prior travel experience is necessary.

Cerner experience preferred.

All RTO must be provided at the time of submission. This position allows for limited request for time off.
