Builder - Sales Associate

Annual Salary Range 40K to 46K - Includes Base Hourly Pay along with monthly and quarterly commissions

This position will work out of our Capital Lighting Showroom on Polaris Parkway

Our showroom designer's ability to create a seamless & collaborative experience for each customer is what allows our team to provide an exceptional customer experience with selecting lighting.

We are looking for a career driven individual who has an understanding of current interior design trends. This knowledge and provided training, will allow for a successful experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with customers to offer design expertise and choices to fill their lighting needs

Perform professionally in a high-end lighting retail showroom

Play key role in daily operations of the showroom

Participate and interact in product training meetings with our manufacturer sales representatives

Determine customer needs and match appropriately with our products

Develop a thorough knowledge of all lighting products

Managing customer orders from point of sale to customer satisfaction

Skills/Qualifications

Have earned a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.

Two years of experience in either retail, design, sales, or customer service

Will train for this position
