Job Summary: Under the direction of the Maintenance/Custodial Supervisor and Building Administrator, is responsible for providing a variety of services relating to the upkeep of buildings/grounds.
Specific responsibilities for this position are as described on the attached job description.
Special Duties/Responsibilities: * Daily cleaning of Operations and Transportation facilities; * Responsible for exterior secondary athletic areas including Memorial Stadium, Snohomish and Glacier Peak High Schools; * Back up District Courier as needed; * District wide snow and ice removal as needed; * Light groundskeeping; * Faciiity set up/take down for school and community events and/or facility use.
Salary Range: $30.92 - $35.02 per hour per the 2025-26 Snohomish School District Public School Employees Salary Schedule Work Year: 8.0 hours/day, 5 days/week, Monday through Friday, 11:00 a.m.
to 7:30 p.m., except on Fridays from September through November, 2:00 p.m.
to 10:30 p.m.
during football season, 12 months/year Qualifications/Education and Experience: * One (1) year experience or training in custodial or related fields preferred.
* Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English.
* Valid Washington State Driver's License.
Must meet driver's abstract qualifications necessary to drive a district vehicle.
* Maintain valid First Aid/CPR with AED certificate.
* Bloodborne Pathogen Training, provided at time of hire.
