Location: Pregis LLC Plymouth, IN

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Rotating Weekends

Classification: Hourly Full-Time

We're looking for a Converting Operator to help us produce high-quality finished products in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. If you're mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and ready to grow your skills, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do

Set up and operate converting machines to meet production and quality standards.

Load WIP rolls and stage materials for production.

Perform quality checks and accurate measurements using a tape measure.

Safely operate forklifts and band saws.

Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S principles.

Assist with other converting equipment, extrusion lines, or shipping as needed.

Accurately enter production and quality data into our system.

• What You Bring

High school diploma or equivalent required.

At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or similar role.

Ability to read and interpret shop floor orders and measurements down to 1/32".

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

Willingness to work 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends.

Work Environment

Indoor manufacturing setting with exposure to:

Moving equipment

Heat exceeding 90 F

Humidity over 80%

Noise levels above 85 dB

Physical Requirements

Frequent standing, bending, stooping, and lifting (up to 50 lbs).

Ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
