TRIGO Global Quality Solutions is seeking to fill a Business Development Analyst position in the Metro Detroit, MI area.

Overall Purpose This position plays a critical role in generating high-quality leads through identifying, researching, creating strategies and analyzing market trends.

The main responsibilities include developing and executing both inbound and outbound strategies, including cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach, to attract prospective customers, conducting market research, identifying potential partners, interpreting data and analyzing the competition.

May Report to Director of Sales, USA Responsibilities Client relationship & Business development * Work with the RSM's to help generate leads and set appointments with prospects within their regions.

* Develop new opportunities for the regions through effective prospecting, hunting, networking and marketing strategies.

* Build a strong network of industry contacts * Conduct market research to maintain awareness of the market, the competition, customer needs and industry trends.

* Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams for support on campaign objectives, audience targeting, and developing new markets * Track and report on key performance indicators to measure success of business development efforts.

Operations * Understand how our services meet customers' needs and solve their challenges Organization & Management * Execute business analyst strategies * Maintain an organized lead pipeline and activity history * Maximize the effectiveness of CRM, outreach tools, and data platforms * Stay up to date on new tools, trends, and best practices in lead generation Technical * Develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations that highlight our services, emphasizing key features and benefits * Ensure all leads are accurately entered, updated, and tracked in the CRM system * Uses data-driven approaches to uncover and identify high-intent leads Other * Any other duties as assigned Knowledge, skills, abilities Hard skills Values & attitudes * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal daily oversight.

* Effective communication skills, both written and oral.

* Proven ability to build relationships at various organizational levels.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
