POS System Support: Troubleshooting Point of Sale devices (registers, scanners, receipt printers, cash drawers, etc.)
Peripheral Setup: Barcode scanners, label printers, signature pads, etc.
Store Opening/Closing IT Tasks: Ensuring systems are up at opening, and properly shut down or backed up at closing.
Kiosk / Self-Checkout Maintenance: Rebooting, replacing parts, or reporting faults.
Inventory Devices: Support for handheld scanners, tablets used for stock checks.
Wi-Fi Issues: First-level diagnosis if store devices can't connect to the wireless network.
Local Printer Support: Ensuring printers for receipts, reports, or labels function correctly.
