Trillium Staffing is now seeking Forklift Operators for long-term work!

Schedule is Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM (Overtime as needed). Pay: $20.00/hour.

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Stand-Up Forklift Operator to join our Case Pick team team. This role is responsible for the safe and efficient movement, storage, and documentation of materials throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

-Operate a Stand-Up Forklift to load and unload trailers, transport materials, and organize warehouse inventory.

-Accurately transfer parts in and out of designated warehouse locations, both physically and in the inventory system.

-Perform routine inventory counts and assist with inventory accuracy efforts.

-Inspect products for damage and report or correct discrepancies and process errors.

-Prepare and maintain all necessary receiving, storage, and shipping documentation.

-Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

-Remain flexible and willing to assist in other departments or tasks as needed.

Requirements:

-Stand-Up Forklift experience is required.

-Must pass a written forklift test.

-Ability to read and interpret shipping documents and inventory records.

-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

-Able to identify and resolve product or process issues independently.

-Must wear steel-toe boots and comply with all safety policies.
