Required Skills & Qualifications

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2 - USC & GC only

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges

Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences, including technical teams and senior management

Experience with Agile project management methodologies

Manufacturing industry background

Proficient understanding of business processes, IT systems, and emerging technologies

Experience in facilitating discussions to achieve consensus on requirements and solutions

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Background in quality assurance and usability standards

Familiarity with stakeholder collaboration and process documentation improvement

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Analyze current business processes, systems, and data to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions

Elicit, document, and define user and business requirements for systems, services, or projects

Interpret and analyze data to provide insights that support informed decision-making

Facilitate clear communication between business units, IT teams, and other stakeholders

Perform quality assurance checks at various stages of system development
