Please submit the following mandatory submission information and documents for candidate consideration:

1. Submission Requirement Document: complete the attached "submission document" that corresponds to the position that you are submitting

2. Resume: send resume in the mandatory template on attachment labeled "DCMSP_Resume_Template". Years of required/desired skills MUST be reflected in the resume

3. Exclusivity: SFA will email you an exclusivity on receipt of documents 1 and 2.
