Job Details Level: Entry Job Location: Corporate Office - Farmington Hills - Farmington Hills, MI Position Type: Full Time Education Level: High School Salary Range: Undisclosed Travel Percentage: None Job Shift: Any Job Category: Admin - Clerical Description Customer Service Coordinator We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to work with our service team to provide excellent service to our tenants, vendors and commercial property management team.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: * Coordinate maintenance requests for tenants in commercial properties * Utilize property management software system to log and track work order requests * Manage incoming emails and phone calls from tenants, vendors, maintenance staff and property managers * Provide accurate and complete information pertaining to all requests from submittal process through completion * Prioritize and resolve tenant issues in a timely and accurate fashion * Maintain broad knowledge of company processes, procedures and policies * Track and follow up on all outstanding requests while providing exceptional customer service * Assist with prioritizing schedules of maintenance staff * Follow up with vendors/tenants/in-house staff to ensure timely response and resolution of related issues * Assist the property management team with administrative tasks such as programming building access fobs/cards, placing janitorial supply orders, etc.
Qualifications: * High School Diploma or equivalent education required * Must have minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service oriented role * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Outlook, Word and Dynamics * Organized and detail oriented * Enjoys problem solving * Experience with Real Estate/Property Management ticketing software preferred but not required Friedman Real Estate is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
