Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.

Perform functional and component testing to ensure the quality and reliability of applications.

Conduct thorough API testing using tools such as Swagger and Postman.

Execute end-to-end integration testing to validate complete system functionality.

Utilize SQL queries to validate data integrity and accuracy.

Manage and track defects using QTest and JIRA.

Collaborate closely with developers and other stakeholders to identify and resolve issues.

Ensure all testing activities are completed on schedule and comply with quality standards.

Requirements

7 years of experience in software quality assurance.

Proven experience with PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Manager) applications, mail order pharmacy, order processing, and payment systems.

Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Experience with healthcare provider applications is a plus.

Domain Experience

Experience with healthcare provider systems is advantageous.
