Our client, a global leader in enterprise software, cloud computing, and digital transformation solutions, is seeking a Communications Specialist to join their team. As a Communications Specialist, you will be part of the Customer Success Unit (CSU) supporting internal communications and engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong storytelling abilities, strategic thinking, and excellent stakeholder management which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Communications Specialist
Location: 100% Remote (EST/CST preferred)
Pay Range: $40-$45/hour
What's the Job?
Manage newsletters, community calls, and SharePoint content for the CSU
Write success stories and internal communications aligned with business priorities
Oversee CSAM quizzes, including content sourcing and execution
Analyze engagement metrics such as readership and click-through rates
Support special projects and operational tasks as needed
What's Needed?
10+ years of experience in business communication, storytelling, writing, and editing
10+ years of project management experience
10+ years of strategic thinking in complex business environments
Bachelor's degree required
Experience in the tech industry, preferably in large-scale or enterprise environments
