We're on the hunt for a Controller to own budgeting, reporting, and cost control for a fast-moving production environment. You won't be stuck behind a spreadsheet all day-you'll be partnering with ops, digging into the numbers, and driving real results on the floor.

What You'll Be Doing:

Leading budgets, forecasts & monthly reporting

Tracking production costs & spotting ways to save

Owning inventory & cost accounting (you know those variances matter)

Working cross-functionally to keep finance aligned with operations

Coaching a small finance team

Making sure the numbers are clean, compliant, and clear

You Bring:

6-10 years in accounting/finance (bonus if it's in manufacturing)

Solid grip on cost accounting & inventory

ERP know-how (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, etc.)

Advanced Excel wizardry

A "let's figure it out" mindset
