Customer Service Coordinator

Customer Service Coordinator Deer Park, TX PSC Group is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator.

This person will serve as the front-line communication with customers and be the key contact for customers.

You'll be entering orders, handling requests, and providing support in a timely and professional manner.

You'll utilize established processes and best practices to maintain impeccable service levels.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm Job Duties & Responsibilities: * Ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing support, guidance, proper follow-up, and resolution of customer concerns/inquiries.

* Execute the order entry process and manage the order fulfillment process in a timely manner.

* Coordinate all activity for assigned customer account(s), proactively address issues, and implement solutions.

* Perform SAP functions that include daily allocation of product for shipments, post the production/fill, and PGI of shipments.

* Create orders, arrange carrier pickup/appointments, add charges for billing, and release orders for shipments.

* Provide consistent communication, acknowledgement, and confirmation of order shipments or delays.

* Fields and escalates customer problems and concerns when needed.

* Supports inside and outside sales.

* Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications: * 4-5 years of experience in customer service is preferred * May require a valid Driver's License and / or a valid TWIC card, depending on work location * 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.

* Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check * Previous military experience and proven ability to follow procedures is a plus.
