Computer Operator

As an integral part of the Data Center Operations team, you will support the maintenance and monitoring of critical IT systems.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Computer Operator **Location:** New Albany, OH **Pay Range:** $28hr **Candidates** : US Citizens or GC Holders **What's the Job?** + Operate, monitor, and support the organization's IT infrastructure within the Data Center environment.

+ Ensure timely completion of scheduled batch cycles and workload processing during assigned shifts.

+ Identify and resolve issues that may disrupt system workflows, engaging support teams as needed.

+ Maintain documentation of shift activities, incidents, and procedures according to established standards.

+ Conduct physical walkthroughs of the Data Center to verify operational integrity and safety.

**What's Needed?** + Minimum of 5 years of experience as a computer operator in a data center environment.

+ Knowledge of service management software; experience with ServiceNow is a plus.

+ Experience with workflow automation tools such as Control-M is advantageous.

+ Familiarity with monitoring software like SolarWinds is beneficial.

+ Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
